Wildeck, Inc.(Waukesha, WI) announced Paul Mihelich, has transitioned from the vice president of sales and marketing, to the vice president of strategic accounts and installations. In this new role, he is responsible for managing the company’s relationships with several key accounts and working to ensure the smooth installation of guarding, mezzanine, lift and access products.

Mihelich earned his MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and shortly thereafter began his career with the company as a sales representative. Over the ensuing years, his hard work and dedication earned him promotions to the roles of the regional sales manager, the national sales manager and the director of sales. In 2017, he was promoted to the vice president of sales and marketing for their Waukesha, WI and Goodyear, AZ operations.

David Milner, is now the new vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, he is responsible for coordinating the company’s sales and marketing functions, overseeing the efforts of the internal and external sales representatives and expanding their distribution network. Having held various positions within the field, he brings with him over twenty-years of experience in organizational leadership, product development and marketing strategy,
